Berlinguer n. 25, hereinafter “Owner”, owner of the website ilpoderedilorenzo.it, hereinafter the Site, as owner of the processing of personal data of users who browse it, hereinafter Users, provides the privacy information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, hereinafter the Regulation.

The Data Controller has not identified the figure of the Data Protection Officer (RPD or DPO), as he is not subject to the designation obligation set forth in art. 37 of the Regulation.

  1. Information and methods of collection. When you visit our website, or communicate with us in other ways, we may collect information about you in the following ways:
    – Information provided directly by you: the website allows the possibility to share personal information with us when creating an account, placing orders, filling out online forms, granting express permission to receive our newsletters and special offers , entering any contests/promotions, participating in social media events through our website or any correspondence with us by email, telephone, chat, social media or otherwise.
