Tuscany is a land of flavors appreciated all over the world. You can enjoy lunch at the Antica Lavorazione Carni restaurant in Cesa in Valdichiana.
Tuscan black croutons and Tuscan meat croutons, first courses spread by hand and seasoned with Chianina beef ragout, cheeses produced by local companies and home-made cured meats such as local ham, Tuscan salami, aged shoulder, aged capocollo, sbriciolona, bresaola of Chianina or Chianina salami. The proposal is particularly rich and varied!
This experience will take you on a journey through flavors where you will taste the real queen of the table: Chianina beef known throughout the world for its precious organoleptic and nutritional characteristics. The menu will be accompanied by local wines.
You will also be able to bring the Valdichiana flavors to your table. In the shop you will find all the specialties and products tasted during lunch.
